I spend a lot of time outside both because of my hobby (ultrarunning) and where I live (San Diego.) While I've never had sensitive skin, I am sensitive about what I put on my body, and therefore what I put in my body. Sunscreen has always been a tough point for me--I hate the oily, greasy, feeling of most sunscreens and don't want to put on chemicals like parabens, oxybenzone, and compounds that are incredibly harmful to marine life, like coral, yet I also understand the dangers of prolonged sun exposure. Product Review •FRENCH ROSE CLAY• mask by @evanhealy! I've used this a couple times now and love it. I feel it's a simple, basic clay mask when you're not looking for anything too overly complex. It's a gorgeous dusty rose color when you pour it out, I definitely poured out too much in the picture you probably only need half of that amount. I mixed in a few drops of argan oil and rose hydrosol to make a beautiful paste. I now swear by using a brush to apply just about everything, seriously if you haven't used a brush to apply a mask yet please try it asap! It makes it so much less messy, you get more even coverage and a cleaner application. As with most clay masks it acts to help detoxify your skin in a gentle way. It also helps minimize pores and absorb excess oil. It also helps increase circulation and oxygenation so expect a slightly pink complexion afterward. i will always recommend @evanhealy products. they are so beautifully & gracefully crafted. the clay masks are wonderful and each mask targets something different providing a solution for everyone. the HydroSouls are a hydrating mist which can be sprayed directly on the face or can be used to activate the clay mask powder. like the masks, each HydroSoul has a different purpose and targets different areas. here i have posted some of my favs that i use religiously. i tend to mix them both so they target all of my problem areas in one application✨ evan healy is a renound aesthetician who is also a recognized skin care expert. she is very invested in providing the best and most natural products which is why it is ensured that what goes on your face comes directly from the fields.
