How to use our Rose Vetiver Harmonizing Balm
Instructions:
Can be applied using the same method as our Wild Carrot Nourishing Eye Balm.
Apply directly to face and neck. Follow with a misting of HydroSoul, then press-in or massage gently. Ideal for face, eyes, lips or anywhere on the body. Allow to absorb before applying makeup.
